2. Initial assessment, goal setting and planning session with your trainer (1 hour).
4. One-on-one session with your trainer to explain exercises (1 hour).
5. Do workouts, track results, and give feedback.
6. Trainer makes ongoing program changes and holds you accountable through Trainer+.
7. Monthly check-in and new phase of the workout plan explained.
8. Repeat steps 2 -7
