How It Works

  1. Do a consultation with our support team and pick a trainer

  2. Initial assessment, goal setting and planning session with your trainer (1 hour)

  3. Weekly workout plan is prescribed by your trainer through Trainer+

  4. Session with your trainer to explain exercises (1 hour)

  5. Do workouts, track results and give feedback

  6. Trainer makes ongoing changes and holds you accountable to the plan through Trainer+

  7. Monthly check in and new phase of the workout plan explained (1 hour)

  8. Repeat steps 2-7
